Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and proactive data driven Marketing Specialist to assist the team with Member Communications on a 12 month contract as they look to transform the way they talk to their customers.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist, Member Communications to join at an exciting time where they are focusing on transforming the way they talk to their customers, delivering the right communication at the right time, to the right member using traditional and digital channels. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, open to both Syd and Mel.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery and execution of campaigns and activity focused on informing members of business-critical events, compliance, service communications and any tactical campaigns.
  • Optimise campaign activity by measuring results and proactively coming up with ideas to share on how to optimise, improve the process or the next testing strategy/idea.
  • Development of communications, stakeholder engagement, creative review, agency/supplier coordination, and the reporting and tracking of results
  • Come up with new ideas to build and test micro journey ideas, based on insights and competitor analysis
  • Manage the communication execution strategy within agreed timelines and budgets

To be successful for the role you will ideally have:

  • Strong end to end campaign experience within a data driven marketing role
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong senior stakeholder experience in a large corporate environment
  • Understanding of member or customer marketing fundamentals and strategies and an understanding of member/customer journeys
  • Exposure and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation systems
