The Role
An incredible opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Senior Operational Governance professional to join a dynamic, high-performing, passionate leader in the Trustee Office! This is your chance to be a key player in an exciting transformation project that is driving impactful change and delivering significant value to its members. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee related party service providers, ensuring that all decisions prioritize the best interests of the members. You'll also serve as the primary safeguard against conflicts of interest for the Trustees, making a real difference in a mission that truly matters.

- Lead related party contract negotiations with legal support.
- Coordinate independent reviews and benchmarking within the portfolio.
- Lead quarterly and annual assessments of suppliers, overseeing and challenging administration, operations, technology, and data.
- Offer independent strategic and technical advice to the trustee office directors, monitoring the impact of regulatory and business changes on the superannuation business.
- Improve operational efficiency to enhance member experience and allow the trustee boards to focus on strategic issues.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Supplier oversight experience, strong knowledge or regulatory and prudential environment (CPS 230)

Why apply:
