Our client is a cutting edge company at the forefront of B2C data-driven marketing. As they continue to grow they are on the look out for a skilled and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping customer lifecycle strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and manage CRM marketing programs to enhance lead conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with affiliate partners for new customer acquisition
  • Analyse data to drive sales conversion, product adoption, and customer retention
  • Implement initiatives for customer advocacy, improving customer experience, and brand equity
  • Apply A/B testing methodologies in marketing campaigns
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs
  • Develop compelling customer communications through various channels, including SMS, email and push notifications.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years plus experience in a B2C data driven marketing role
  • Expertise in direct marketing, CRM A/B testing
  • Proficiency in email design, creative design tools and CRM platforms
  • Passion for marketing and a customer centric mindset
  • Proactive with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
