The Company
Our client is a customer centric, product focused financial services provider with a strong reputation across the financial services industry. The business is passionate about working with their clients in a way that will offer them innovative ways to secure their financial future.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced product professional for a newly created Senior Product Manager role in their Everyday Banking division, who will deliver a cutting-edge technology for their SME clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Working collaboratively the Head of Product and cross functional teams to create and deliver a competitive transactional banking proposition for the SME market.
- Monitoring and enhancing the product performance following its launch
- Providing input into commercial arrangements as required
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Payments and Financial Crime Solution Providers.
- Ensuring the pricing strategies set are competitive and closely monitored.
- Working closely with the Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all obligations are considered
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements that impact SMEs, adapting strategies and initiatives accordingly.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering an environment conducive to creativity and teamwork.
Your story so far:
- Proven experience in payments and cards management in the SME Sector (Very Important)
- Strong track record in product development from ideation to market launch
- Strong experience in Banking/Financial Services; Fintech or Payments experience is also highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Digital channels and compliance obligations in the financial sector
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
- Strong on delivery and execution of initiatives.
