The Role
As the General Manager within the commercial division, you will lead the strategic development and project management of key priorities aligned with their three-year business strategy. This pivotal role involves overseeing commercial and strategic pricing for both new and existing customers, while managing the lifecycle of their leased and owned assets. It will play a pivotal role in setting the new strategic horizon for the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the project management and execution of strategic priorities supporting the Organisation's goals.
- Develop and implement the commercial Go-to-Market strategy for new products and solutions.
- Define and manage the brand story and marketing plans across various business lines.
- Oversee pricing strategies and financial performance, ensuring alignment with organizational metrics.
- Manage and optimize contract modifications and business re-pricing for existing customers.
- Present RFP strategies and pricing submissions to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a motivated and aligned workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have.
- Significant amount of experience in commercial strategic pricing, product management and project management.
- B2B marketing and product development.
- Strong understanding of the fleet leasing, automotive, asset, or rental and mobility markets (desirable).
- Experience in P&L management and financial metrics
